Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • After Shipment/Service Delivery: Once the product has been shipped or the service has been rendered, we cannot accept cancellations. However, you can still request a return or refund if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described, as per our Return and Refund Policy.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will either replace the item or provide a full refund.
  • Incorrect Products:If the product you received is different from what you ordered, we will arrange for a return and offer you a full refund or replacement once we verify the issue.
  • Change of Mind:We do not offer refunds for change of mind once the product has been dispatched. However, if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, you may request a return and a refund within 7 days of receiving it. The product must be returned in its original condition.

Return Process

If you wish to return a product for any reason covered under this policy, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate the return process.
  • The product must be returned in unused, unopened, and undamaged condition.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If you paid by credit/debit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card. If you paid using COD or any other method, we will process the refund through an alternative agreed-upon method (e.g., bank transfer, wallet credit, etc.).

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Products that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery.
