HAYASA E-MOBILITY (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED proudly collaborates with the National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC), a distinguished Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of MSME, Government of India. This strategic alliance, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) dated 19th October 2023, designates Hayasa as a pivotal technology partner, spearheading research, design, and development in electric vehicle (EV) technologies, manufacturing, extensive after-sales service, a robust sales network surpassing 6,000 across India, and comprehensive training programs.
Nirbhar Kaushal aspires to elevate skill development through meticulously designed training initiatives across a plethora of sectors, encompassing manufacturing, services, electric vehicles, the automobile industry, electronics, software, and other burgeoning fields. Our platform is dedicated to endowing a diverse demographic with the acumen and mentorship necessary to excel in both conventional and avant-garde industries. By bridging the skills chasm, Nirbhar Kaushal catalyzes the growth of individuals, organizations, and industries, cultivating a proficient and adept workforce throughout India.
In response to real-world exigencies, NSIC and Hayasa have pledged to synergize efforts towards the enhancement and proliferation of the EV ecosystem, with a particular emphasis on last-mile delivery and entrepreneurial creation, adhering to the principles of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
In alignment with the extant NSIC-TIC scheme in a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) mode, Hayasa has actualized this platform as an integral component of the training mandate under the MoU, proposing the establishment of Hayasa Service Centers (HSC) nationwide. These centers function as dual-purpose service centers and training laboratories, supported by Hayasa’s service affiliates. The initiative deploys exemplary trainers to cultivate a cadre of proficient technicians, furnishing the burgeoning industry with a well-trained technical workforce. Hayasa is entrusted with establishing a network of Nirbhar Kaushal Kendra, ensuring adherence to the stringent infrastructure criteria dictated by the NSIC-TIC scheme’s guidelines.

A recent report by the Indian government’s think tank, NITI Aayog, and Technology Information Forecasting and Assessment Council (TIFAC) forecast 100 percent penetration of electric two-wheelers in the Indian market by 2026–27 in an optimistic scenario.
The report said that the sale of electric two-wheelers may cross 220 lakh units (22 million units) in FY 2028–29 under the optimistic, same performance and battery cost challenged scenarios. It may reach 180 lakh units (18 million units) under the technology-driven scenario. Under the incentive-driven scenario, the sale is expected to reach 55 lakh units (5.5 million units) in FY 2031.
